The mission of Church Design & Construction's CCRC & Revenue program, is to foster the development of, own and operate a system of communities and services for older persons, in accordance with the principles of Christianity. It intends to carry out this mission in local communities through partnering arrangements with established churches, education institutions and other organizations already serving that local community.
Church Design & Construction seeks to enhance the quality of life and independence of the elderly by providing high-quality services and health care and enabling resident-driven, independent lifestyles, so that each resident may realize his or her full potential. In all phases of its work, Bethel Point
Foundation is guided by its basic Christian values.
Church Design & Construction is dedicated to serving older people. It's approach is based on the philosophy that retirement and growing older can bring new opportunities for growth and development.
Church Design & Construction's initial goals are to:
- integrate Christian values with services for older adults;
- develop an intergenerational approach to community life;
- emphasize continued learning and growth for residents and staff alike;
- provide resources to partnering churches and other not-for-profit local organizations;
- foster a culture of living.
